Instructions- Financial Intake Report

  1. Select financial report product
  2. Checkout, fill out details
  3. Complete payment via YOCO, EFT, Confirm
  4. You will receive email confirmation of order and downloads are ready email
  5. Download file from your downloads are ready by clicking hyperlink 
  6. Link will take you digital downloads page , download file 
  7. Two pdf files will available, intake form and note from director
  8. Complete the intake form which is google form. Submit. Form as tag to notify us, upon completion.
  9. You will receive the full detailed financial report via email.
